Personal Experience Questions
Please explain your day-to-day role at Quick Fix.
Plan the workflow for the day with my employees. Check on our MSP clients. Review alerts and check on customers' backups and servers/computers. Check on clients and review their requests. Contact potential new MSP clients to sign up for recurring services.
How did you come up with the idea for your business?
I always wanted to have my own business ever since I was a kid working at my uncle's electronic repair shop. While I was an engineer at NASA working in a 9-5 job, I had the urge to do something in the evening. One day on my way home, I noticed a small empty store open for rent, so I decided to rent a place to repair computers.
What motivates you most to achieve business success?
These days, my biggest motivation is my family and my employees. I'm responsible for their well-being.
Is your blueprint for success based, in some way, on role models?
The boxer, Muhammad Ali, is my biggest role model. He stood by his principles, even when everyone thought he was wrong, and it came at a big cost. His ability to adapt with the times, learn from his mistakes, and change personally to become a good human being.
My favorite quote of his
"Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth."
What's your source of inspiration?
Everyone around me. By providing a safe space to open up their mind and listening to them.
